"On April 30th, 2025, the digital platforms YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Enjoei, and Mercado Livre were notified to immediately remove content promoting or commercializing electronic cigarettes and other tobacco-derived products prohibited in Brazil. This initiative is part of a series of actions by the National Council for Combating Piracy and Intellectual Property Crimes (CNCP) to combat digital piracy and the sale of illicit goods."
