Brief

On August 4, 2025, the Argentine Data Protection Authority issued a resolution implementing a new system for monitoring access to public information. This system will be used by all subjects obligated under Article 7 of Law N° 27,275 from September 1, 2025, to improve transparency and compliance with the law. The system was tested in a pilot phase from December 2024, with ten national public sector organizations participating.
