"On 04/08/2025, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) issued an update regarding Public advised to stop using certain non-sterile alcohol-free wipes. The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) and MHRA are advising the public to stop using ValueAid, Microsafe, Steroplast, and Reliwipe alcohol-free cleansing wipes due to contamination with Burkholderia stabilis, which can cause infections in immunocompromised individuals."
