On 05/06/2025, the European Court of Justice (ECJ) issued an update regarding Commission v Hungary. Advocate General Tamara Ćapeta proposed that the Court rule that Hungary infringed EU law by prohibiting or restricting access to LGBTI content, considering it a breach of primary and secondary law, as well as several rights of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights.
