"On 27/05/2025, the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) issued an update regarding CRE reacts to the first sanction of the CoRDiS relating to a breach of the obligation to communicate information necessary for the accomplishment of its energy market monitoring missions. A sanction of €500,000 was imposed on J.P. Morgan SE for refusing to provide requested information, marking the first time such a breach has been sanctioned by the CRE."
