On 8 April 2025, the European Data Protection Board issued an update regarding Opinion 3/2025 on the draft decision of the French Supervisory Authority (FR SA) regarding the “Lexing GDPR certification criteria”. The EDPB conducted its assessment in line with the Guidelines and Addendum, providing recommendations to the FR SA to improve the certification criteria.
