Operation Dirty Water: RFB and PF triggered operation to repress the group performance that exploited raw material that belongs to the Union

On 02/04, the Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal), in conjunction with the Police Federal, initiated Operation Dirty Water to combat a group exploiting Union-owned raw material without authorization. The operation targets illegal activities, including mining and money laundering. The investigation involves extração clandestina (clandestine extraction) of iron ore from approximately 5,000 m² area, with a cave opened at a depth of 6 meters.
