"On 23/04/2025, the National Energy Regulator of South Africa (NERSA) issued an update regarding Invitation to comment on the Strategic Fuel Fund Association tariff application for the petroleum storage and loading facilities in Saldahna Bay for the period 1 April 2025 to 30 March 2026. The public is invited to submit written comments by 05 June 2025, with confidential treatment requests made in accordance with rule 4 of the Petroleum Pipelines Act Rules, 2019."
