"On Wednesday, April 23rd, the Comptroller General of Brazil and the Federal Police launched Operation Without Discount to combat a nationwide scheme of unauthorized discounts for INSS benefits. Approximately 700 federal police officers and 80 CGU employees executed 211 search and seizure warrants, six seizure orders worth over R$1 billion, and six temporary arrest warrants in 12 states."
