China sees continued progress in eco-environmental quality

"On April 27, China's Ministry of Ecology and Environment reported steady improvements in ecological environment quality in 2024. The country achieved a 1.7 percentage point increase in good air quality days to 87.2 percent, while heavily polluted days decreased by 0.7 points to 0.9 percent, meeting all environmental targets set for the year."
