"On April 25, China's National Health Commission released a circular requiring mental health screening to be incorporated into medical diagnosis and treatment processes. A three-year campaign to improve pediatric care, mental health, and psychiatric services will run until 2027, with patients flagged for psychological issues receiving timely evaluations and intervention, and local authorities expanding staffing of specialized personnel in these fields."
