"On May 15, 2025, the National Energy Board (NEB) issued an update regarding News - CER responds to an incident at NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. compressor station. A worker was injured while working on a compressor station near Stettler, AB, due to a detached valve and piping releasing high-pressure gas towards them. Two Inspection Officers were deployed to conduct follow-up inspections to evaluate safe work procedures and determine the cause of the incident."
