On April 30, ICE New York City lodged an immigration detainer against Felix Rojas for rape and grand larceny. He was previously charged with entering the country multiple times since 1998. ICE also worked to remove Enoc Martinez, who was arrested in Shelby County, Tennessee, and had a final order of removal issued in 2022.
