CDust debates measures against irregularities in the telecommunications sector

On April 8, 2025, the Committee for Defense of Users of Telecommunications Services (CDUST) held its first ordinary meeting of the year. The meeting, led by Anatel's Consumer Relations Superintendent, Cristiana Camarate, discussed measures to protect user rights and improve telecommunications services in Brazil. Key topics included combating illegal betting sites and digital piracy products, as well as presenting results from the 2024 User Satisfaction and Perceived Quality Survey.
