"On March 26, 2025, the Southern Circuit Military Court handed down a verdict in a criminal case against Ukrainian citizen Sergei Potyng. He was found guilty of committing crimes under part 2 of article 205.4 of the Russian Criminal Code (participation in a terrorist community), part 1 of article 30 and paragraph 'b' of part 3 of article 205 of the Russian Criminal Code (preparation to commit a terrorist act) and part 4 of article 222.1 of the Russian Criminal Code (illegal trafficking of explosives and explosive devices)."
