UBS Group and UBS v Commission

"On 26/03/2025", the "General Court" issued a judgment in cases T-441/21 to T-462/21, confirming the European Commission's decision on a cartel in the European Government Bonds sector. The court largely upheld the commission's findings and fines imposed on UBS, Natixis, UniCredit, Nomura, Bank of America, Portigon, and others, but reduced the fines for UniCredit and Nomura by moderate amounts.
