The agency approved the opening of Consulta Pública (CP013/2025) to enhance the Regulatory Impact Analysis for the regulation of Transmission Use Determination Grid (TUSDG), specifically addressing the transfer of exclusive transmission facilities from generation centers to shared connections. This aims to provide clarity on the definition and treatment of TUSDG during such transfers.
