Brief

On April 21, 2024, the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) announced funding for the Murchison Green Hydrogen (MGH) Project. The project will receive up to $814 million in production support over a 10-year period to develop a 1500 MW hydrogen and ammonia production facility in Western Australia, powered by renewable energy sources and operating completely off-grid.
