"On Wednesday, 12 March, the Environment Agency and North West Regional Organised Crime Unit made arrests in an ongoing investigation into illegal recycling export paperwork. A 45-year-old man was arrested in Rusholme, while a 43-year-old man was detained in Stretford, both on suspicion of fraud and money laundering, following an extensive investigation that uncovered the unlawful sale of packaging export notes for £747,000."
