"On March 14th, Minister Luiz Marinho participated in São Paulo's signature of the Technical Cooperation Agreement between TRT 2nd Region, MPT, and SRTE/SP on NR-12. The agreement defines procedures to prevent the seizure and auction of machines and equipment without safety systems, aligning with the Lei 14.133 and Constitutional article 7º inciso XXII."
