Protective Operation: IRS and PM/MS Seize four tons of irregular goods in Corumbá/MS

On March 17, 2025, the Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal) and the Military Police of Mato Grosso do Sul State issued an update regarding the Protective Operation. A joint operation between these entities resulted in the seizure of approximately four tons of irregular goods at Corumbá/MS. During the inspection, five vans with Bolivian plates were retained, containing around three tons of smuggled export products. Additionally, over a ton of counterfeit clothing was seized from an inspected bus at the Lampião Aceso Post.
