"On 06/03/2025, the European Court of Justice (ECJ) issued an update regarding Failure to fulfil obligations: Five Member States are ordered to pay financial penalties for failing to transpose the Whistleblowers directive. The five member states - Germany, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Estonia, and Hungary - were found to have failed to comply with the Whistleblowers directive, resulting in financial penalties being imposed on them."
