"On March 5, 2025, the Canada Energy Regulator (CER) reported that total Canadian crude oil exports reached a record high in 2024. Notably, however, crude-by-rail exports declined by about 10% compared to 2023, reaching an 8-year low of 88.7 thousand barrels per day (Mb/d) on average."
