On February 25, 2025, EASA and ANAC Brazil signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen their partnership and cooperation in enhancing aviation safety and sustainability. This agreement reflects their mutual interest in sharing information and expertise related to Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF), with the goal of promoting their development and use in Europe, Brazil, and globally, as per the ICAO Global Framework for SAF and other aviation cleaner energies.
