"On "28/02/2025", the "Turkish Competition Authority" issued an update regarding "Investigation on Motorways Operation and Maintenance Inc. (Oib) and Zes Digital Trade Inc. (ZES) Concluded". The investigation concluded with a settlement, where OİB and ZES admitted to violating article 4 of the Act no 4054 due to exclusivity practices in the electric vehicle charging service market on İstanbul-İzmir Highway (O-5 Highway)." "Both companies were fined, with ZES paying 1.707.963,45 TL and OİB paying 6.025.703,83 TL, following a 25% reduction."
