"On 27/02/2025, the European Court of Justice (ECJ) issued an update regarding Automated credit assessment: the data subject is entitled to an explanation as to how the decision was taken in respect of him or her. The ECJ ruled that a controller must provide meaningful information about the logic involved in automated decision-making and describe the procedure and principles applied to enable the data subject to understand which personal data were used and how they were used."
