"On February 24, a working meeting took place between Human Rights Commissioner Elena Zerneyeva and acting head Svetlana Sgibneva of Novosibirsk Region's Territorial Body of Roszdravnadzor. The parties signed an agreement on cooperation. During the visit to medical institutions and considering citizen appeals, it was agreed that human rights defenders would collaborate with Roszdravnadzor representatives in protecting citizens' rights to quality and safe healthcare."
