Brief

On 9 October 2024, the General Directorate for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control (DGCCRF) repealed the health police decision concerning Perma Blend tattoo products. This decision was made due to the DGCCRF's assumption of market surveillance missions for cosmetics, including tattoos, from the ANSM since January 1, 2024, following investigations into non-sterile lots of the product.
