Brief
On January 16, 2025, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies issued a decree, in concerto with the Minister of Economy and Finance, to implement support measures for workers in the call center sector. The decree aims to provide financial assistance to workers in this sector, with a budget of 20 million euros allocated from the Social Fund for Employment and Training, as per Article 1, comma 195, of Law 207/2024.
