On November 02, 2025, Igor Krasnov, the Prosecutor General of Russia, held a working meeting with Akmal Burhanov, the Director of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The meeting aimed to coordinate joint actions on international platforms, including the upcoming Conference of States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption in Doha, December 2025. The two officials discussed future plans for cooperation and signed a Protocol on Cooperation, following their previous meeting in Dushanbe on September 19, 2024.
