"On "06/02/2025", the "Korea Intellectual Property Office (KIPO)" issued an update regarding "Providing a platform for sharing changing trademark and design systems". The update highlights recent changes to the Korean trademark and design system, including the shortening of the trademark opposition period from 2 months to 30 days.
