Medical device salesperson reporting procedure guide

The Ministry of Health and Welfare announced that it would promulgate the revised “Rules on Maintaining Order in Distribution and Sales of Medical Devices” on Friday, February 7, and that it would go into effect on Sunday, February 9. This update introduces reporting requirements for medical device salespersons. To report, salespersons must have a business registration certificate and complete compliance education through the Korea Medical Device Industry Association Compliance Education Center.
