Собранные СУ СК России по Республике Карелия доказательства признаны судом достаточными для вынесения приговора бывшему министру сельского и рыбного хозяйства Республики Карелия Владимиру Лабинову. Он признан виновным в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных ч. 6 ст. 290 УК РФ (получение взятки в особо крупном размере) и ч. 2 ст. 285 УК РФ (злоупотребление должностными полномочиями).
Следствием и судом установлено, что обвиняемый, являясь заместителем премьер-министра правительства Республики Карелия – республиканским министром сельского и рыбного хозяйства, неоднократно в период с июня 2021-го по сентябрь 2022 года при посредничестве иных лиц получал от представителя коммерческой организации взятку в особо крупном размере в виде денег и незаконного оказания ему услуг имущественного характера на общую сумму более 10,5 млн рублей. За незаконное вознаграждение фигурант обеспечил согласование выдачи подконтрольным взяткодателю юридическим лицам грантов из федерального и республиканского бюджетов для развития сельскохозяйственного предпринимательства в общей сумме 75,5 млн рублей.
По уголовному делу при активном участии УФСБ России по Республике Карелия проведены необходимые следственные и иные процессуальные действия, результаты которых позволили предъявить Лабинову обвинение в совершении инкриминируемого преступления.
В целях обеспечения исполнения приговора и возмещения причиненного ущерба на стадии предварительного следствия на движимое и недвижимое имущество фигуранта был наложен арест.
Приговором суда бывшему региональному министру сельского и рыбного хозяйства назначено наказание в виде 15 лет лишения свободы с отбыванием в исправительной колонии строгого режима со штрафом в размере 106 487 970 рублей и лишением права занимать должности на государственной службе, связанные с осуществлением функций представителя власти, с выполнением организационно-распорядительных и административно-хозяйственных полномочий, сроком на 10 лет.
