"The Ministry of Justice of Russia issued an order outlining the procedure for organizing and providing medical care to individuals in custody or serving a sentence of imprisonment. To address the challenges in accessing medical services outside of correctional facilities, Medico-Sanitary Department №38 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia has entered into agreements with leading clinics in the region, enabling the provision of specialized medical care."
