"On 16 January 2025, the European Data Protection Board adopted Opinion 01/2025 regarding the draft decision of the French Supervisory Authority on the Controller Binding Corporate Rules of the Coface Group. The EDPB concluded that the draft BCR-C of the Coface Group contains appropriate safeguards to ensure the level of protection guaranteed by the GDPR, thereby allowing the BCR Lead to adopt its draft decision as it is."
