Transformation of Local Authority Transparency: New Procedures for Annual Reporting on Public Services

"On 30/12/2024, the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) issued an update regarding Transparency of local authorities: the methods of forwarding and publishing Annual Reports are changing. The Italian Decree Law n. 201/22, Article 30 identified entities will no longer submit annual reports to ANAC through PEC or protocol. Instead, they will utilize the Platform for Local Public Service Transparency to publish their own annual reports." "Entities listed in Article 30 of the Decree Law will soon have autonomy to publish their annual reports independently."
