"On "02/01/2025", the "Enforcement Directorate (ED)" issued an update regarding "ED, Mumbai Zonal Office has provisionally attached assets worth Rs.8.09 Crore (approx.) in the form of movable assets Tax free bonds and immovable assets land located at Pune (Maharashtra) on 01.01.2025 under PMLA, 2002 as part of the ongoing probe in a black money case against Siddharth Abhay Chokshi and Abhay Sajanlal Chokshi". The provisional attachment was made based on investigation findings that revealed undisclosed foreign income and assets held by both individuals. Further investigation is underway."
