"On December 27, 2024, the Superintendence of Private Insurance (Superintendência de Seguros Privados – SUSEP) published a Portaria authorizing Galápagos Capital Sociedade Seguradora de Propósito Específico to issue Letra de Risco de Seguro (LRS) in Brazil. This is the second authorization for a Special Purpose Insurance Company (SSPE) by SUSEP, following the publication of Resolução Conjunta nº 9/2024 in February 2024."
