Regulation published on Vehicle Civil Liability Insurance (RC-V) for cargo transporters

"On 27/12/2024, the Superintendence of Private Insurance (Superintendência de Seguros Privados – SUSEP) issued an update regarding Regulation published on Vehicle Civil Liability Insurance (RC-V) for cargo transporters. The resolution aims to establish guidelines for RC-V coverage in cases where damage is caused to third parties by vehicles used in cargo transportation, as required by the Lei nº 14.599 of 2023."
