"On 20/12/2024, the Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance General Directorate (Tüketici Koruma ve Piyasa Gözetimi Genel Müdürlüğü) issued an update regarding Administrative fines foreseen in the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 have been increased. The administrative fines will be recalculated based on the inflation rate of 43.93% for 2024, and new rates will apply from January 1, 2025."
