Brief

On 18/12/2024, the Environment Agency (EA) issued an update regarding SR2022 No 2: mobile treatment of waste to produce soil, soil substitutes and aggregate. This standard rules permit allows individuals or organizations to operate a mobile plant for producing soil, soil substitutes, and aggregates, subject to specific conditions and risk assessments. The permit replaces SR2010 No 11 and includes new charges and application procedures.
