"On February 22, 2024, the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security issued an update regarding BIS Imposes Penalty Against Integra Technologies, Inc. for Unlicensed Shipments of Common High Priority List Items to Russia. As part of a settlement agreement, Integra Technologies, Inc. was fined $3,300,000 for exporting transistors and related products to Russia without the necessary license or authorization from BIS."
