"On December 16, 2024, the Ministry of Justice and Public Security (MJSP) and the Union's General Controller (CGU) signed a technical cooperation agreement to implement the Laboratory of Technology against Money Laundering (Controlab-CGU). This initiative aims to strengthen detection, investigation, and repression of money laundering crimes, as well as recover illicit assets, through the Rede-Lab program."
