"On 09/12/2024, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) issued an update regarding AER consults on proposed changes to transmission ring-fencing guideline. The AER is seeking stakeholder feedback on proposed changes to the Ring-fencing guideline (Electricity transmission), focusing on the functional separation of prescribed transmission services and negotiated transmission services by Transmission Network Service Providers (TNSPs). Submissions are invited by 28 January."
