Brief

"On December 12, 2024, the National Institute of Industrial Property issued an update regarding its acceptance of electronic signatures. According to Orientação de Ouvidoria nº 13/2023, the INPI will accept advanced electronic signatures, excluding those used for computer programs and integrated circuit topographies, provided they utilize non-ICP-Brasil certificates or other means of verifying document authorship and integrity."
