Housing for employees as a positive location factor for the economy

"On 12/12/2024, the Federal Ministry for Housing, Urban Development and Building issued an update regarding "Housing for employees as a positive location factor for the economy". According to a new study by the Institute of German Economy, around 17% of companies support their employees in terms of housing provision. This translates to approximately 675,000 apartments and another 46,000 dormitory places available for young employees."
