Brief

"On "05/02/2024", the "Federal Aviation Office (LBA)" issued an update regarding "LBA's information on passenger rights in the event of strikes". The LBA reminded airlines to comply with EU Regulation 261/2004, providing compensation and care for passengers in cases of flight cancellations, delays, or denied boarding. Affected passengers can claim compensation and support from their airline within two months, and if rejected, they can appeal to a conciliation body."
