"On 20/03/2024, the Federal Aviation Office (LBA) issued an update regarding General Decree for the Use of Drones in Agriculture and Animal Rescue. The decree allows drones with a maximum take-off mass of 250g to 25kg to operate at a distance of less than 150 meters from residential areas, provided they maintain a minimum height and avoid populated zones."
