"On 27/02/2024, the Department for Work and Pensions submitted an explanatory memorandum to the EU Council regarding a decision on the position to be taken within the Specialised Committee on Social Security Coordination. The document concerns the adoption of a recommendation providing guidance on implementing the Protocol on Social Security Coordination, particularly on the interpretation of Article SSC.11 related to detached workers and self-employed persons working outside their competent state."
