"On 09/12/2024, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) issued an update regarding ED, Dehradun has filed Prosecution Complaint (PC) before the Hon’ble Special Court (PMLA), Dehradun on 21.11.2024 against Jaijeet Das and 16 others in connection with paper leak of examinations conducted by Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) and cognizance of the same has been taken by the Hon’ble Special Court on 28.11.2024. Investigation revealed that various persons were involved in leaking exam papers, sold to candidates at Rs. 10-15 Lakh per paper."
